This award will recognise an agency, company or organisation that has used artificial intelligence and advancements in digital technology to drive KPIs and ROI and to meet strategic digital marketing goals. Companies must be able to demonstrate how they meet consumer needs. Judges will review the advancement in technology and the standard of design and performance. Entries may include machine learning, voice AI, data processing, etc.
