The winning campaign should demonstrate creativity, innovation and best practice across multiple platforms and channels. In this category, we welcome joint submission from collaborating agencies.

This category recognises a campaign or strategy that was implemented in order to improve performance against a set of established KPIs. Entrants should demonstrate how their conversion strategy drove an uplift in the campaign KPIs over time and/or demonstrated innovative optimisation tactics.

Design that works well across multiple digital platforms, or is especially effective in one particular media channel will be rewarded. Entries should demonstrate how creativity has enhanced the appeal, effectiveness or usability of a product, project or service in any digital medium, and can be from any digital source – website, display advertising, social media, or apps.

The Best in Digital Financial Services Award honours a forward-looking financial service that aligns its offerings with the needs and preferences of customers seeking a superior digital experience.

Judges will evaluate entries based on innovative delivery of financial solutions, streamlined business processes, and educational resources.

Eligible entries encompass online banking, securities trading, insurance, loans, payments, cards, and other finance-related websites, applications, and features that embrace digital technology.

Any company or brand who has created a campaign that integrates four or more different digital channels and demonstrates best practice, innovation and excellence in promoting, advertising, communicating or marketing a brand, product or service. Entries should be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of their campaign in delivering against the campaign KPI’s. Campaigns must include four or more digital channels including (but not limited to) display, social, website, or apps.

The best integrated media strategy created by an agency or organisation awards a strategy that utilises both traditional media and new media channels, and demonstrates best practice, innovation and excellence in promoting, advertising, communicating or marketing a brand, product or service. Entries should be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of their strategy in delivering against the campaign KPI’s. Strategies can use a range of platforms and formats (including but not limited to online/offline advertising, Augmented Reality ,  A.I. , Virtual Reality, Big Data , search/viral/email marketing, text messaging campaigns, social media, radio, television, traditional media etc.).

This category is open to all charitable and non-profit organisations/foundations and governmental body or institution that utilise digital media channels. Entrants should demonstrate the success of a campaign in achieving a positive social impact or advocating for a particular social cause. Entrants can also demonstrate how their submission helped to improve the ability of a third sector project or organisation to achieve its objectives. The content of the submission should be detailed and of a high standard, as should the usability and design of the submission.

This category will recognise the most creative, innovative and effective content that has provided a real return on investment for the client/brand. A campaign will be rewarded for being unique and native to the experience of the platform being used.

This category will recognise any individual, freelancer or enterprise that has started a business that offers digital marketing services, has been billing no earlier than 1st June 2021, and is based (and offering services) in Ireland.

This award champions the passion and entrepreneurial spirit required to establish a new digital marketing business in the contemporary marketplace. The judges will be looking for demonstrable evidence of a clearly defined business strategy since inception and for at least the next twelve months and should highlight digital media innovation. Companies entering this category must highlight outstanding service to clients and candidates and what you are doing to achieve this.

The best Out of Home digital campaign created by an agency, business, or organisation will be recognised by this award. Enter if you have created an OOH digital campaign that demonstrates best practice, innovation and excellence in promoting, advertising, communicating or marketing a brand, product or service. Entries should be able to demonstrate efficiencies and effectiveness of their campaign in delivering against the campaign KPI’s, the impact with real time messaging and/or how they integrate other digital platforms such as; mobile, social, web, etc.

Awarded to those who demonstrate how a series, or individual episode, of podcasts, increased effectiveness in delivering a digital strategy or other tangible objectives. This award is about using podcasts in an innovative way as an ongoing campaign or stand-alone addition to a brand that effectively and creatively reached target customers to build or maintain their brand and market share while maintaining marketing objectives. Most importantly, this award celebrates podcasts that appeal to their target audience and ensure the utmost accessibility and efficiency for its listeners.

This category recognises campaigns in the retail & FMCG industries that have created interactive media and digital content demonstrating best practice, innovation and excellence in promoting, advertising, communicating or marketing their product. Campaigns can use a range of platforms and formats (including but not limited to online advertising, search marketing, viral marketing, email marketing, text messaging campaigns, social media marketing and other media). Entries should be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of their campaign in generating business.

Enter if you have completed, or are in the process of carrying out, a search marketing campaign which encompasses elements such as SEO and PPC (video and display are not included). Entries should be able to justify why they used search marketing and the particular elements employed and should demonstrate the effectiveness of their campaign in accessing their target audiences and generating business. Entries must solely include the search marketing elements of their campaign, as other marketing strategies will not be considered in this category.

This category is open to entries for any social media campaign with a strong set of objectives and outcomes. Entries should demonstrate how they delivered their strategy across the social tools available to them, including social ads, video and use of innovative tools and techniques. Submissions should include quantitative and qualitative results for the campaign, including performance against the project KPI’s. Judges will be looking for campaigns that have the most clearly communicated set of objectives and results that support the performance or the event.

The Best Strategy is for a company that has implemented a business solution and has driven success through digital. Understanding and implementing current trends, while overcoming both internal and external company challenges will be recognised. Entries must show that the project/initiative involves all facets of the company to integrate and achieve a predetermined business strategy through digital including choosing agencies etc that align with their business goals and brand.

This category will award an agency or business who has specifically implemented or developed ground-breaking technology. Judges will be looking for creative and innovative elements of the project which makes it unique.

This award recognises individuals and companies who are exhibiting excellence and innovation within the mobile internet space. Entries should demonstrate how they used this platform most effectively, through offering innovative, useful or engaging mobile content, services, applications or utilities.

This category is open to any type of campaign, advertisement or promotion that features video. The video must be created through digital techniques and/or delivered via a digital medium. Judges will consider such elements as: narrative, character development, technical ability, innovation, creativity, and overall aesthetic. Entries must demonstrate the effectiveness of using this particular genre in advertising/marketing/ communicating a brand, product, or service. Entries should also demonstrate exceptional creativity and originality.

This category recognises excellence in the development of websites and microsites. Judges will be rewarding entries based on the functionality of the site, the overall structure and navigation, the UX and UI design, use of content and the positive results directly related to the overall user experience.
